What are eStatements?
eStatements are an electronic delivery of your monthly (or quarterly) statements, which can take the place of your mailed paper statement.

How do I view my eStatements?
To view your eStatement, log on to Home Banking and click the eStatement button located on the left-hand side of the screen. From the eStatement page, you can either search using the Select Statement Date box or access other features using the navigation below the box. You can save, print or just view your statement
.

How do I sign up for eStatements?
Signing up for eStatements is an easy process.
Step 1: Log on to Home Banking using your member number and PIN. (If you do not have a PIN, please complete a Telephone Teller/Home Banking Application)
Step 2: Select the eStatement link on the left side of your screen.
Step 3: Select the eStatement Settings button in the center of your screen.
Step 4: Check the box next to your member number to start eStatements. Click the SAVE button and review the Agreement. Be sure to enter your e-mail address so we can send you a notification e-mail when your statements are ready to view.

Are eStatements Safe?
Yes. eStatements offer secure transmission of information through the Internet. Your statements are stored behind firewalls and can only be accessed with a Password you setup and know exclusively.

Is there a charge for eStatements?
No, the eStatement service are Free!


I have a problem using eStatements or question about the product. Whom do I contact for help?

Can I use the "Back" feature of the browser to go to a page that I have already been on, or do I need to use the menus to get there? Will it work the same or cause a problem?
Yes, you can use the Back key to return to prior pages and it will work fine. However, for security reasons, some pages automatically expire so that you cannot return to them. If you encounter this, simply use the menus to go to the location you wish.


How Do I Print My Statement?

File -> Print  Or  Click On Printer Icon


How Can I Save A Statement To My PC?

Click on Disk Icon (on Acrobat toolbar)
Choose Location & Name And Click 'Save'
 Or  Right Click On Date Link (before opening Statement)
Left Click On 'Save Target As...'
Choose Location & Name And Click 'Save'



How Many Months of Statements Are On-Line?
Statements for the past 12 months are available.


Will I continue to get paper statements through the mail?

Signing up for e-statements will automatically discontinue the delivery of paper statements. CUofTX eStatements look exactly like the paper statements you receive in the mail and include all the information.

What if I want to cancel my eStatements?
You can switch back to the paper version of your statement at any time. To cancel eStatements, simply click on
eStatement Settings and uncheck the box.

Why do I have to give my email address to sign up for eStatements?
An email alert is sent to the email address you provide as soon as your new eStatement is available for viewing. Note: Several Internet Service Providers use spam-blocking technology so we suggest adding estatements@cuoftexas.org to your address book to ensure delivery of your eStatement alert emails. Please do not send emails to estatements@cuoftexas.org as this is an outbound-only email delivery address.
